Our handmade Honey Cake combines soft honey sponge with a smooth cream filling. The natural sweetness of honey shines through in every piece, perfectly balanced by the light cream layers.

It is not the traditional Honey Cake. Being honest this is more like a cheese cake as there is no taste of honey at all!
I have ordered the cake 3 days before my Birthday as I really missed taste of my Mum's honey cake. And it was absolutely delicious. So fresh, light and melting in your mouth. Don't hesitate to buy!

When I was a kid, when I went to my grandmother's house, she used to make me this cake and I liked it very much. I loved it very much, but my mother didn't know how to make it. By chance, I saw an advert on Facebook for this bakery and decided to order it, and I was very surprised when it tasted exactly like I remembered it from my childhood. The children also liked it, so we have a new tradition in our family, every month we order this cake and always something new that we have not tried and have sweet family evenings. Highly recommended)
